How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total. We work hard to keep costs fair and competitive, so you get your popcorn fix without breaking the bank.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We currently ship within the U.S. only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Expanding our shipping zones is on our radar, and we hope to make that happen in the future.
How quickly will my order ship?Â
For standard, non-custom orders, we ship within 3-5 business days. However, during the busy holiday season, it may take 7-10 business days.Â
Can I set up a specific future ship date when ordering?
Yes! You can select a future ship date. Just remember, you’re choosing a ship date, not a delivery date.Â
Can I choose expedited shipping?
We don’t offer expedited options right now. Orders ship via USPS or UPS and typically arrive quickly. But if you’re on a tight deadline, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
Can I pick up my order?
We offer pick up at our Poppy headquarters for our local customers.
Why is my credit card being declined at checkout?
Credit card declines can happen for a few reasons, but the most common is that your bank has flagged the transaction–often due to spending limits or fraud protection settings.Â
Since this is controlled by your card provider, we’re not able to override or fix the issue on our end. The best next step is to contact your bank or credit card company directly. They will be able explain why the charge was declined and help complete your purchase. We know that’s frustrating, and we’re here if you have any other questions or need help with your order after that!
How many people can I send gifts to?
You can send gift sets to as many as 1,000 recipients. To make it easy, you can upload a .csv file with all the recipient names and addresses during the checkout process. You will be able to order the same gift set for each recipient on the list.Â
How many gift sets can I order for each individual in my group order?Â
You will be able to order up to 5 gift sets for each recipient in your group order.Â
What are your shipping costs for Group Gifting?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total. You can expect to pay approximately $9-20 in shipping per recipient address, depending on the gift set order size.
What's the minimum and maximum I can order?
Minimum order is 5 cases. No maximum—order away!Â
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yep! The more you order, the more you save: get 10% off when you spend $500, and 15% off when you spend $1,000 or more.Â
What about shipping for bulk orders to one location?
For bulk orders, shipping is $9 per case with 10% off shipping when you order more than 15 cases.
Can I order custom popcorn bags?
Yes! Custom orders start at 500 full-sized bags or 250 Snack Bags. Once your artwork is approved, your order will ship in about 8–12 weeks. Pricing starts at $12 for full-sized bags and $4.50 for Snack Bags, with discounts when you order more.
What parts of the bag can I personalize?
You can add your company or event logo, colors, date, a custom flavor name, and a short message. Personalization applies to the bag itself (not the shipping box).Â
How much does customization cost?
Prices start at $12 for full-sized bags and $4.50 for Snack Bags, with discounts on larger orders. There’s also a design fee (starting at $35) and shipping.
Can you match my brand or event colors?
Yes! You can customize your bags with up to 4 colors. Sharing your HEX code (a web color code) works best, but if you don’t have one, we’ll match as closely as possible.
How do I send you my logo and design details?
You’ll fill out our order form, which walks you through sharing your details and uploading your logo. Files should be high-resolution JPG, PNG, or vector format (SVG, PDF, or EPS), and no larger than 2 MB.
Are there design fees?
Yes. Design fees start at $35 for simple customization. More complex designs may cost more, but you’ll always get an estimate upfront. The fee includes the design process and 2 rounds of revisions.
How long does it take to get my custom bags?
Design usually takes 5–10 business days once we have your logo and copy. After you approve the artwork, full-sized bags take about 10–12 weeks, and Snack Bags take about 8–10 weeks to produce and ship.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Definitely! We’ll send you up to 2 digital proofs before your bags go to print.
Can I order plain bags and add my own stickers?
Yes! While we don’t apply custom stickers for you, you can order in bulk and add your own after delivery.
