Where does Poppy ship?

We currently ship to: 

• All 48 contiguous states in the US.
• P.O. Boxes & U.S. military addresses (via USPS)

At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping (including to overseas military addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience.

How are shipping costs and tax calculated?

Shipping costs are based on your order subtotal. You can use the table below as a guide, and your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Please note: For orders shipped within North Carolina, we’re required to collect 7% sales tax.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after your order has been placed, reach out to us as soon as possible at info@poppyhandcraftedpopcorn.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been placed.

Already received your tracking information? We recommend reaching out directly to the carrier to request an address change.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to reship it. Please note that an additional shipping fee will apply.

When and how will my order ship?

We ship orders via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

Processing times vary throughout the year. During non-peak periods, orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. During the holiday season, when order volume is higher, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email letting you know it’s on the way!

How will I know when my order ships?

You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order with a summary of your order, payment, and shipping info.

Once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link, so you can follow along your Poppy order’s journey.

Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update. If it hasn’t updated after 2 business days, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at info@poppyhandcraftedpopcorn.com so we can assist you.

I haven’t received my package yet. Help!

We know you’re looking forward to your Poppy package, and we want to be sure it reaches you or your order’s recipient.

Please contact the carrier directly for assistance if:

• Your expected delivery date has passed and your package hasn’t arrived.
• Your package is marked as delivered, but you can’t find it.
• Your tracking information hasn't been updated in 3+ business days.

During the peak holiday season, carriers may experience additional delays. We recommend allowing the expected delivery time shown in your tracking information before contacting the carrier.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or my product is damaged?

We want you to feel good about your Poppy experience. If something with your order isn’t quite right, let us know so our Customer Service team can help make it right.
